Profile

Age: 16

Adelaide started twirling at the age of 3 and competed locally that year. At the age of 4 she started competing regionally and attended her first national finals at the age of 5 being placed in 1 event and crowned national champion as part of a team event . She has picked up many solo and team awards domestically since. Having started twirling in the Folkestone based twirl team “Folkestone Angels” Adelaide progressed on to compete with other more established Kent based teams however since it reopened in September 2016 (under a new name of Angels Allstars) Adelaide has returned to working with the Folkestone team with whom she competes and also coaches. Adelaide has twice worn the national tracksuit, representing the country at European and World championships as well as picking up plenty of top five places including five international titles at the Twirl Mania International Open championships in the USA over her 6 visits between 2012 and 2018.
