Key Achievements

Megan and Ellie have been riding since the age of 3 and first met mounted games within the pony club at the age of 5. In 2013 at the age of 11 they were both selected to compete for their country in the European championships in Ireland.

The girls have represented England, both in teams, pairs and individuals. They have also been selected to represent southern England on numerous occasions too.

Future Goals

The girls’ main goal is to win the World Pairs title. As twins it would be the perfect title for them!

Ellie & Megan Tutt (15) compete at Mounted Games, both nationally and internationally.

Mounted games is a branch of equestrian sport in which very fast games are played by people of all ages on ponies up to a height of 15 hands.

Competitors require a high degree of athletic ability, good riding skills, hand-to-eye coordination, determination, perseverance, and a competitive spirit, which nevertheless requires an ability to work together with other riders and a willingness to help one another.

2017 is an extremely busy year for both girls as they have both been selected to ride in the under-17 European Team in England, and the world team in New Zealand. They will both also be competing in the world pairs France and world individuals in England. In the past the girls have been lucky enough to compete in Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Northern Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany and Denmark.
