Age: 18

Hugh has always lived in Shepway and has been a key part of his home club Folkestone Cricket Club since he was 9. He was involved all the way through the Shepway District representative side’s from u10 to  u14. Hugh, after a successful 2013 season signed an Academy contract with Kent Cricket and has just finished another very successful year there making his debut for the Kent Second XI in Championship and One Day formats. He was also involved in the First XI team this season. In recognition of this Kent awarded Hugh the 2014 Academy Player of the Year. Hugh also represented London and East Region and played in England u17 squads against Pakistan u17 and England u19 earlier this year. Hugh Spent two months training in India in the winter of 2012 and also went to Sri Lanka with Kent Cricket in February 2014.
