Join us in the main hall at Three Hills Sports Park to start the week right with our Active 50 Keep Fit and Tone class! This is a fun exercise class to music and will get your heart going, tone your body and put a smile on your face.
Currently being delivered by Christine Lewis this class is attended by regulars and newcomers alike, come along and give it a go.
